Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and drive integrated brand plan marketing, implementing strategies across digital and traditional channels
* Create localized messaging and campaign content aligned with global brand positioning
* Lead and drive market analysis through market research and competitive insights
* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting
* Collaborate with sales, medical and market access teams to develop effective promotional materials and digital tools
* Manage patient support programs and educational initiatives within allocated budget.
* Plan and execute presence at key congresses annually, maximizing impact through integrated activities
* Extensive experience in data-management & business insights, adjust strategies based on results, monitoring performance & cost expenditure
* Ensure compliance of all marketing activities
* Lead cross-functional brand planning workshops and performance reviews
* Be the driver for the quarterly forecasting process
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders
Who you are:
* +5 years experience in marketing or other relevant role, preferable in in the rare disease space
* Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
* Deep knowledge of the Spanish Healthcare system
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisions
* Sound project management skills, with the ability to manage distinct and complex requirements, prioritize and execute
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong sense of urgency, and proven ability to organize, and prioritize for execution and completion, with the ability to get things done
* Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
* Flexibility/willingness to engage in domestic and international travel
* Team player
* Curious, strong learning agility and resilient
* BSc or higher in marketing/life science related degree or similar
* Proficiency in English
