Job Description
As part of our international expansion, we are recruiting a Project Manager to lead our data center projects in Madrid and across Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the full lifecycle of data center projects, from planning to handover.
* Managing project scope, cost, schedule, and risks to meet objectives.
* Coordinating engineering teams, site management, and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety, and contractual obligations.
* Monitoring progress and aligning procurement, subcontractors, and milestones.
* Delivering high-quality reporting and KPIs to senior management and clients.
* Conducting regular project and coordination meetings.
* Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions.
* Acting as the primary interface with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Candidate Profile
Hard Skills
* Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
* 5+ years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong command of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
* Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating international teams.
* Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is an asset.
Soft Skills
* Strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and in multicultural environments.
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience in data centers, renewable energy, or mission-critical environments.
* Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
