Job Overview
As a Car Return Agent you will be the face of our return process, welcoming customers and ensuring vehicles are returned to the fleet in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism during vehicle returns.
- Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
- Identify and assess any new damage, documenting findings for evaluation.
- Contribute to the Quality Control process to keep fleet damage records accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth return experience.
- Support other branch areas to run operations efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
