Lead Marketing Activities from ideation all the way to execution with a consistent focus on growth and profitability. Build partnerships to increase brand awareness, customer base, and online visits, driving conversion. Coordinate paid media, email marketing, influencer marketing for our DTC site and Amazon, using an attribution system, and take ownership of our influencer process and affiliate programs.

Be the guardian of our brand, ensure all assets are up to date across channels, and constantly improve them with better imagery, videos, and copy. Own all website improvements, closely monitor performance, and optimize for conversion over time. Oversee organic social media presence, including establishing high-level strategy with our SM manager. Analyze shopper behavior, website traffic, and monitor CAC, CPC, and other performance indicators.

Collaborate with Social Media Marketing, Customer Service, and the management team to drive growth strategies. Research and analyze competitors and industry trends. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external vendors and agencies. Evaluate external partners' performance. Approach tasks entrepreneurially to create, implement, grow, and manage marketing initiatives that achieve profitable results in performance and affiliates.

Ensure brand consistency across properties, messages, channels, and assets. Partner with and supervise the Social Media Manager to ensure growth on social media KPIs. Review social media content regularly. Create a best-in-class email marketing content strategy and flow. Write creative briefs as needed. Lead influencer marketing strategy: identify key influencers, digital creators, brand ambassadors, and recommend or identify new potential partners.

The candidate: We are looking for someone with a hands-on attitude, a go-getter, organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Work as a team member but also take ownership and accountability. Demonstrate project management expertise, a strong aesthetic sense, deep empathy for customers, strong decision-making skills, entrepreneurial orientation, excellent writing skills, proven analytical ability, results orientation, and a fun, curious, and growth-minded attitude.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, 4+ years' brand management or marketing experience in CPG, bilingual in English, USA experience a bonus. Skills in graphic design, tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
