Metyis is Growing! We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager with +4 years of experience to join our Performance team in Barcelona with regular travel to Romania.

**What you will do**:
In this role, you will drive the execution of multi-channel communications for clients, aimed at strengthening brand loyalty, increasing customer engagement and retention, driving revenue, and ultimately increasing customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Performance Metrics: Analyze campaign KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and provide insights to inform future strategies, delivering regular action-oriented reports
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal client teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign development from content, data, and tech perspectives. Collaborate with Data & BI to integrate backend setups, UAT, and tracking in the execution process
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging CRM technologies.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Fluent in Romanian and English (written and verbal)
- 4+ years in a CRM role with proven success in CRM & Marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and reporting
- Analytical and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HTML and experience in banking or financial services
- University degree (Business, Marketing, or Marketing Communications)
- Proactive, self-starter with a team-player attitude, confident in collaborating with various stakeholders
