💼 Duties and Responsibilities
📈 Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
🤝 Focus on SMB sales, primarily through outbound activities
🧩 Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth
📊 Monitor and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals
💬 Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams for prompt follow-up
📑 Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals meeting client and company standards
🖥️ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting all sales activities
✅ Requirements
🗣️ Intermediate or fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2)
💼 Proven experience in sales, preferably outbound or business development
🏆 Achievement-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets
🧠 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
💻 Proficient with CRM systems and general computer literacy
📊 Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting
🔗 Previous experience with channel partners or channel sales is a plus
