We are hiring an IT Support Specialist L2
We’re looking for a proactive IT professional with strong analytical skills and experience in modern cloud‑based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
- Prioritize workload based on business impact and urgency
- Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues
- Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support L1
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Mandatory Tech Stack (Required)
- Datadog – monitoring, logs, and performance analysis
- Postman – API testing and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow – incident and ticket management
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL)
Languages
- English: C1, suitable for working in an international environment.
