We are looking for native level Simplified or Traditional Chinese Social Media Community Managers & Moderator to monitor social channels and excite and engage with their audience.
Community Manager & Moderator Our mission is to cultivate strong, genuine connections with our brand's audience, creating a true sense of community and sparking engagement through meaningful interactions.
What You'll Do
Dive into the travel and tourism world, connecting with the brand's audiences for the Chinese markets, in addition to moderating content.
Address customer inquiries and comments, ensuring each interaction is timely, professional, and resonates with the brand's tone of voice.
Engage across multiple platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, keeping the conversations vibrant and engaging.
Manage and grow an enthusiastic online community, ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free zone.
Working Hours
We are looking for someone with greater availability across the week and particularly on weekends. Shifts: Moderation 6pm, Engagement 10pm (UK times).
Requirements
Excellent Simplified Chinese language knowledge, with superb writing skills.
Advanced English language skills, as all training and communication is in English.
Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management.
Social Media knowledge, with experience in using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube.
Confidence with digital technology, with the ability to use a range of tech tools.
Cultural knowledge and interest in California, with the capacity to learn and understand the California brand and product offering.
A self-motivated social media expert who thrives in a remote environment.
IT Policy
Operating system - Windows 11 / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher with Admin credentials.
At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
A secure, home-based broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
A Webcam and headset
Android or iOS device for 2FA
