We are looking for a passionate individual about B2B sales, with a talent for maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new clients through effective management and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing large accounts: industrial clients, corporate, and public sector.
* Preparing, developing, and presenting gas and electricity offers; for public clients, preparing administrative documentation and economic proposals in tenders.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with consultants and demand aggregators.
* Prospecting potential new clients and prescribers of end clients.
* Maintaining the commercial portfolio according to the company's commercial and corporate strategy.
* Reporting sales activities as per defined criteria.
* Achieving targets in gas and electricity businesses, including margins, volume, and locations, aligned with the commercial policy.
* Achieving targets in value-added services (solar, energy efficiency solutions, charging points, etc.) with appropriate profitability.
* Building long-term relationships with clients and partners through high service standards and market knowledge.
* Preparing documentation and representing the company at events, fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
* Complying with travel safety policies and TotalEnergies' codes of conduct.
Additional duties include proactive CRM management, creating commercial documentation, market analysis, identifying new business opportunities and segments, developing new sales channels and strategies, monitoring competitors, and providing market feedback.
Qualifications and skills:
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or similar (highly valued).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles; experience in energy sector trading companies or consulting firms is highly valued.
* Knowledge of energy efficiency and/or installations is a plus.
* Consultative sales skills, negotiation, goal orientation, and relational abilities.
* Autonomy, versatility, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
* Driving license required.
* Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel) and CRM systems.
* Availability to travel.
