PbOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a Agency Management Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an Agency Management Specialist to join our team and support the implementation, compliance, and performance monitoring of our Agency Management Program. This role will ensure agencies meet expectations in alignment with company processes and financial requirements, while fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp b 1) Onboarding Processes /b /pulliAct as the main Point of Contact for daily operational support of agencies. /liliCoordinate and provide agencies with all necessary onboarding information to ensure compliance with Boehringer requirements. /liliSupport the setup of new agencies for future launches and ensure SLA compliance. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Sourcing, etc.) to confirm processes are implemented and followed. /li lib2) Training Compliance /b /liliEnsure agencies’ training compliance, maintaining and updating training curricula. /liliAct as a point of contact for sharing new training needs with agencies. /liliAnalyze and report on services provided by agencies and new functionalities of the system. /liliServe as System Owner and coordinate with Global Capability Owners for future improvements. /li /ulpb 3) Performance Management /b /pulliEnsure agencies deliver as agreed in their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). /liliMonitor metrics and prepare Business Review Meetings with stakeholders. /liliInterpret and communicate performance analysis and results to the organization. /li lib4) Financial Management /b /liliSupport the rollout of new finance systems, ensuring continuous improvement and vendor relationship management. /liliManage implementation phases: agency selection, onboarding, monitoring, and adoption of finance systems. /liliLead reconciliation processes, reporting, and action planning. /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience Skills /b /ppbr/pulliMandatory: Experience working with or within agencies, preferably as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role. /lili3–5 years of experience in Agency Management, Vendor Management, or Procurement roles. /liliProven track record in project management and implementation of new systems/processes. /liliExperience in training compliance, SLA management, and performance monitoring. /liliBackground in financial management processes is a plus. /liliPrevious exposure to global or matrix organizations preferred. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to manage internal/external stakeholders. /liliCustomer-oriented and empathetic approach. /liliAbility to interpret and report on data, metrics, and financial analyses. /liliStrong team collaboration and cross-functional leadership. /liliSkills in change management and driving adoption of new systems. /liliAnalytical mindset with continuous improvement orientation. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat do We offer /b /ppbr/pulliPermanent contract. /liliFlexible Schedule.
