In this role you will drive cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level, turning priorities into structured execution with measurable impact. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to align projects with business goals and transformation efforts. You’ll lead BI and analytics initiatives and act as a BU focal point for sales performance and operational improvements. This opportunity offers executive exposure, accountability, and a direct impact on performance and alignment across the unit.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level with defined governance, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare executive reporting and support senior leadership in decision-making processes.
• Own BI and analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable use cases and aligning roadmaps.
• Monitor adoption and business impact of implemented solutions.
• Serve as BU focal point for sales performance and operational effectiveness, collaborating with Central Teams and harmonizing incentive frameworks. xpzdshu
• Support change and transformation initiatives across functions and ensure stakeholder alignment during implementation.
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Transformation
• Experience in cross-functional and matrix, multi-country environments
• Exposure to data/analytics-driven initiatives is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear business language
• Strong governance and prioritization skills
• High autonomy, ownership, and accountability
