WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* How You Will Make a Difference:
o Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
o Research new prospects via web, LinkedIn, etc.
o Document and update contact information for leads
o Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle
o Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
o Follow up diligently and thoughtfully
o Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
o Utilize company selling tools, including documentation of plans and interactions
o Follow sales strategies to identify promising new customers and potential champions
o Analyze results and explore new approaches to improve effectiveness
o Collaborate with Sales on projects to drive revenue growth
o Maintain basic industry knowledge
o Contribute to refining sales tactics and strategies

Required Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
* At least 1 year of successful experience as an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and professional social networks
* Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
* Passion for technology and business
* Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities (especially German, French, Japanese, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian) are a plus
