**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Science department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Develop and implement an ambitious curriculum that promotes deep learning and critical thinking.
- Monitor student progress through effective assessment practices, ensuring high standards of achievement.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Drive innovation in teaching methodologies and integrate modern technology into learning.
- Analyse student performance data to inform interventions and improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support interdisciplinary learning.
- Maintain and manage departmental resources effectively within budget constraints.
- Actively contribute to the school community, engaging with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
