You’ll ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance of data pipelines and BI assets through end-to-end automated validation and continuous testing integration.Key Outcomes- Automated test coverage across data pipelines and semantic models- Performance and failover testing frameworks integrated in pre-production- Quality gates embedded into CI/CD with regression suites for critical assetsCore Responsibilities- Define the overall testing strategy, environment setup, and automation frameworks.- Implement unit, integration, and contract tests for pipelines, semantic models, and BI components.- Develop data validation suites for schemas, referential integrity, and KPI thresholds.- Conduct performance, load, and failover testing to ensure platform reliability under stress.- Maintain synthetic datasets and masking patterns for secure non-production environments.- Collaborate with engineers to triage issues, remediate defects, and continuously improve quality standards.RequirementsQualifications- 5+ years in QA or Test Automation for data-driven or cloud-based platforms- Strong Python and SQL skills, with hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines- Experience with data quality testing frameworks and performance testing in Azure environments- Excellent communication and documentation disciplineWhy Join MezTal?At Meztal, we prioritize innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
