Responsibilities
As the Operator TeleSales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing telesales strategies aimed at increasing sales, brand presence, and market share in the operator sector.:
* Telesales Strategy
* Develop and implement telesales strategies in alignment with overall channel and operator objectives.
* Drive handset activations, revenue growth, and enhance brand positioning within the channel.
* Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Telco operator departments and outsourced telesales agencies.
* Oversee agency performance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and KPIs.
* Incentive Program Design
* Create and optimize incentive schemes to motivate telesales agents.
* Ensure alignment with campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
* Training & Capability Building
* Deliver regular product and sales skills training for telesales agents (both internal and agency-based).
* Ensure a clear understanding of devices, operator packages, and effective selling techniques.
* Budgets and Reporting
* Manage telesales budgets and track expenditures.
* Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
* Channel Visibility
* Collaborate with trade marketing teams to create sales scripts, promotions, POS materials, and campaign tools.
* Support in-store activities such as product displays, planograms, merchandising, and POSM to enhance visibility and sales.
* Market Insights & Analysis
* Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
* Adjust telesales and trade marketing strategies accordingly.
Your Profile
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience
* 3+ years of proven experience in retail marketing within the operator sector
* Experience in digital marketing or managing 360° campaigns
Skills
* Strong understanding of retail dynamics and trade marketing strategies
* Solid experience in brand strategy and visual merchandising
* Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners
* Good time-management skills and fluent English
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
