Interim assignment for 6 months:
The Store Development Manager is the end-to-end owner of store and corner development projects, accountable for delivering openings and refits that meet brand standards, budget, quality, and timeline commitments. This position directly impacts brand representation, commercial performance, and capital efficiency by translating brand and architectural vision into operational retail spaces. It strengthens cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Retail, Finance, and external suppliers while safeguarding investment through disciplined project and cost management.
Project Leadership: Lead all new store and corner openings from layout definition through final realization, acting as the single point of accountability.
Align global brand architecture guidelines with local execution through close collaboration with HQ, local architects, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and Finance.
Review and validate construction, shop, and technical drawings to ensure consistency with brand and project requirements.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage bidding processes, supplier selection, contract awards, and full project budget tracking in coordination with Finance.
Execution & Quality Assurance: Oversee contractors and suppliers, conduct site visits, and ensure quality, safety, and delivery standards are met.
Store Maintenance & Refits: Supervise extraordinary maintenance and refurbishment projects for existing stores, ensuring minimal business disruption.
People Management: Lead and develop Store Development and Maintenance resources.
Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Fluent English; French advantageous
Reports directly to the Marketing Director, with close operational interfaces across Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Supply Chain, VM, and external suppliers.
