About The Role
The selected candidate will join Ferrovial Airports’ Legal Department, supporting the company’s legal strategy through analysis of legal issues and structuring and implementing preferred solutions taking into account regulatory frameworks, prevaling circumstances and commercial approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the legal department in drafting all sorts of corporate, contractual and other legal documents, including regulatory, submissions, etc.
2. Collaborating in solicited and unsolicited public and private tenders, investment and divestment processes, giving support to the teams involved in such projects.
3. Supporting the legal department in corporate, regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to Ferrovial Airports.
4. Gathering legal/regulatory updates and changes that affect Ferrovial Airports directly or indirectly.
Candidate Profile:
5. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Postgraduate legal studies will be valued.
6. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
7. Relevant previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments will be considered.
8. Proficiency in English (C2) and Spanish is required.
