Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of overall ERP consulting experience, with a minimum of 4+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
* Hands-on configuration experience across all four pillars: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Subscription Management.
* At least 1 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations as a functional lead or senior consultant.
* Should have experience in Supporting Oracle Fusion SCM
* Strong understanding of P2P (Procure To Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and subscription/recurring-revenue business processes across industries (manufacturing, distribution, hi-tech, services, or SaaS).
* Proficiency with Oracle's Functional Setup Manager (FSM), approval workflows (BPM), security roles, and data conversion tools (FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs).
* Experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and basic SQL for data analysis and issue diagnosis.
* Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
