You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, making an impact through outreach, product demos, and smart sales support.If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!Key languages- Native level of Italian- Full professional level of EnglishMain responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, registering them in the CRM- Engage and manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversion- Conduct virtual product presentations tailored to customer needs- Manage and develop C&D accounts, focusing on retention, repeat business, and identifying growth opportunities- Collaborate with the Field Sales team to ensure proper follow-up on high-potential leads- Promote the use of online sales channels and self-service options for customers- Keep key information, including customer data, lead tracking, and sales results, updated in the CRM- Monitor and report on sales performance and key KPIs- Act as a shared account owner to ensure efficient and coordinated customer supportCore skills/experience- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, outbound calling or similar roles.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Experience with outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual product demos- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools- Familiarity in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plus- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Available to work on-site at the office in Sant Cugat del VallèsWhat's on offer- Salary :
