Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver technical support and problem-solving for technicians and stakeholders, both on-site and remotely, to ensure reliable operation of industrial equipment. You will train technicians and distributors, escalate complex issues to product teams, and help prevent field issues through knowledge sharing and process improvements. You will collaborate with the Service & Optimization team to manage warranty cases, high-cost breakdowns, and cost allocation, while using Atlas Copco tools and TRAX for tracking and troubleshooting.
