Infovista's Alliance & Channel Team is looking for a Global Account Manager for our (Nokia & Ericsson) accounts. The GAM will support and develop the account worldwide.
The successful candidate will
1. Have the overall responsibility of Ericsson & Nokia accounts management
2. Be responsible for Ericsson & Nokia business objectives achievement
3. Define and execute the Accounts Sales Strategies & Growth Plans
4. Work as a Sales Support Specialist for this account and manage all opportunities globally
5. Interact with all departments of the company regarding this account
6. Be the main daily interface with this global customer and their entities worldwide
7. Oversee tracking and reporting of all sales activities related to this customer
8. Manage Ericsson and Nokia pipeline management and qualification, working with field organizations and customers
9. Proactively set up regular calls with internal teams and customers to assess, update, and act on the pipeline and sales opportunities
10. Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
11. Create pipelines via leads management and qualification from marketing campaigns
12. Manage, qualify, and nurture sales leads from marketing campaigns
13. Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities, and generate interest
14. Engage leads through phone or email communication
15. Work closely with the local sales team to accelerate sales cycles and generate quotes
Key Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the software industry (Networks or Telecommunications)
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
4. Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and propose solutions
5. Effective communication skills to influence and convey technical ideas
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
8. Excellent organization skills and self-discipline
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
