About the role
Business Compliance Managers support the business by developing and releasing innovative features for our customers.
We seek a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defense. This is a highly hands-on role.

What you'll be doing
* Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defense and offering solutions to compliance challenges
* Acting as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of compliance teams
* Guiding retail products through regulatory requirements
* Ensuring smooth, compliant product launches
* Identifying potential compliance risks
* Developing strategies to address regulatory challenges
* Collaborating with teams to design compliant policies that support business growth
* Empowering product teams with compliance knowledge and tools
* Serving as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring audit readiness
What you'll need
* At least 3 years of regulatory compliance experience
* Experience in banking, consultancy, or a fast-growing tech company
* Understanding of compliance and business risk interaction
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
