Experteer Overview In this role you will support the startup and operation of Edwards’ new Moncada plant in Valencia, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes for surgical and transcatheter heart valve technologies. You’ll apply engineering principles and Edwards systems to drive continuous improvement, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Apply technical principles to optimize manufacturing processes
- Use Six Sigma and LEAN methods for process improvement and re-design of equipment/fixtures
- Develop experiments and tests, qualify and validate processes, analyze results, and prepare reports
- Identify and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits)
- Create training and documentation materials for production to enable knowledge transfer
- Establish project plans to meet customer expectations using project management tools
- Oversee manufacturing support tasks, instruct technicians, train and provide feedback
- Perform other duties assigned by LeadershipResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Scientific field with at least 2 years of experience, or Master’s Degree or equivalent project/thesis in Engineering or Scientific field
- Experience with manufacturing or lab equipment (preferred)
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations in medical device manufacturing (FDA)
- Ability to work in team, manage priorities, and coordinate with vendors/project stakeholdersRequisitos principales
