Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will advise on a broad range of competition law matters across European markets. Advise on EU competition law issues, particularly abuse of dominance and horizontal and vertical agreements
Provide competition law support on M&A transactions, including risk assessment, merger control, and post-deal integration
Design and roll out practical, commercially focused compliance programmes suited to a consumer-facing business
Support on distribution models, pricing strategies, and commercial partnerships within a B2C framework
Qualified lawyer (10 years PQE+) with solid EU competition law experience, gained in xkdbapo private practice and/or in-house
Experience advising on M&A transactions from a competition law perspective
Proven ability to implement effective compliance frameworks
Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver clear, actionable advice
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
