Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to own and drive our marketing execution. This role is not about doing everything alone. It is about managing people and processes across content, influencers, paid ads, and community directions to achieve measurable results.
You will work directly with executives, manage external creatives, and coordinate campaigns that drive deposits, trading volume, and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute weekly and monthly marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Coordinate content creation with copywriters, designers, video editors, ambassadors, and influencers
* Manage paid marketing initiatives including social ads, PPC, and channel experiments
* Track, measure, and report marketing performance by campaign and channel
* Build and maintain influencer and community marketing programs
* Oversee publishing calendars across X, Instagram, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and more
* Align product messaging with new launches, APY promotions, features, and updates
* Maintain brand voice, visuals, and compliance standards across all content
* Research competitor marketing strategies and identify winning tactics
* Work with compliance and AML when needed for communication guidance
* Suggest and manage marketing tools and software for analytics and automation
* Manage marketing tasks, deadlines, and people

Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing lead or similar role
* Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms is a strong plus
* Understanding of paid ads (FB Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads)
* Experience managing content pipelines and social media accounts
* Familiarity with influencer collaboration and social growth strategies
* Strong communication and management skills
* Comfortable with KPI reporting and metric-driven decision making
* Ability to work in dynamic, fast-moving environments
* Fluent English
Nice to Have
* Experience with crypto communities (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit)
* Experience in U.S. consumer fintech products
* Experience with affiliate programs or referral systems
* Knowledge of SEO and growth marketing concepts
Compensation
* Competitive salary or monthly contract rate at range of $3500 - $5500
