By managing stakeholders and creating efficiencies, you will ensure the high-standard delivery of software and services that impact our global regulatory landscape.Description Of The AreaCMC Submission Management Planning and Tracking: This organization delivers specialized platforms dedicated to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) submissions. It manages the systems for detailed CMC submission planning and tracking coordinating activities across global teams and local affiliates. Furthermore, this function liaises with Pharma Technical Regulatory function to ensure CMC related data and content are delivered for all drug and device submissions globally.This position serves as a key strategic liaison and a primary communication channel between the dedicated business function and the RDT organization. It is critical in ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs, and responsible for co-creating and managing the technology strategy and portfolio to drive business outcomes.The Opportunity Empower and Develop: You will identify future-focused engineering capabilities and mentor team members to navigate their long-term career paths within RocheDrive Technical Vision: Partner with Product Leaders to co-create the long-term technical strategy and vision for our CMC product portfolioOptimize Delivery: You are accountable for the overall delivery performance and successful shipment of features across global product linesFoster Team Health: You will design initiatives that improve collaboration and psychological safety, ensuring a high-performing talent portfolioNavigate Complexity: Resolve complex, cross-functional roadblocks and systemic impediments that affect multiple development teamsStrategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison for senior-level stakeholders, negotiating priorities to align technology with business outcomesResource and Financial Oversight: Manage the team's budget, including headcount and vendor contracts, while optimizing resource allocation across projectsContinuous Improvement: Lead process re-engineering efforts and analyze success metrics to drive step-change improvements in engineering performanceWho you are You possess 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management with a proven track record of building high-performing teamsYou bring 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industryYou hold a Bachelor or advanced degree in a Business or IT-related specificationRegulatory Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the Pharma Technical regulatory process and related technologiesTechnical Proficiency: You demonstrate experience implementing Veeva RIM Active Dossier capabilities and understand software development/service delivery methodologiesServant Leader: You exhibit Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) leadership behaviors, empowering teams to act autonomouslyStrategic Thinker: You possess an enterprise mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing risks progressivelyWhat you get Salary range 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contractAnnual bonus payment based on your performance (target 20%)Company car or car allowanceDedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.)Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available)Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose)Vacation subsidy availableFlex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time)Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice)Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and MultisportStock share purchase additionsYearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!Please note that the compensation details provided apply specifically to our offices in Poland (Warsaw and Poznań). The details of the compensation package for Spain will be discussed during the interview processApply directly and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
