As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the growth of our Banktech business across Spain and Portugal.
As Head of Sales - Banktech Iberia, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the region, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding the adoption of Tieto Banktech's solutions within banks, financial institutions, and fintech organizations.
As a key member of the Iberia Leadership Team, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, identify new market opportunities, and work closely with Product, Business Units, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to translate customer needs into successful business outcomes.
Drive commercial growth and market expansion across Iberia.
· Build and develop relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key industry stakeholders.
· Lead complex sales processes, negotiations, and contractual discussions.
· Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
· Represent Tieto Banktech in customer engagements, industry forums, and strategic events.
· Ensure achievement of commercial targets and business objectives.
Proven track record in sales leadership and business development within banking, fintech, or technology-driven businesses.
Proven experience in selling enterprise software, cloud-based solutions, digital platforms, or technology services for the banking and financial sector.
· Strong understanding of the banking industry and its transformation challenges.
· Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships and win strategic opportunities.
· Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
