My client is a leading crypto exchange.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
- Assess projects to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
- Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, and other partner introductions.
- Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommend corrective actions if necessary.
- Collect feedback from partners and the community, recommend improvements.
- Manage ad‑hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Strong passion and belief in the cryptocurrency space. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the leading DeFi apps and have knowledge of how AMM and borrow‑lending protocols operate.
- 2‑5 years of work experience in consulting, blockchain business development or research.
- Financial analysis skills—able to model business plans and return on investment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to run with tasks with little direction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous work experience in CeFi or DeFi business development is preferred.
