This role is responsible for coordinating and coaching the WFM team of the Dyson campaign. Responsible for team coordination, performance management, individual development plans and liaison with Dyson client key stakeholders and various internal departments. To oversee day-to-day RTEM functions and intraday performance in the project, driving tangible actions to reach the Client’s goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly. Ensure, in parallel with the Planning Specialists, a clear strategy, and proper staffing and scheduling levels commensurated with requirements, and overall goals.**Your day-to-day would look like**:- Ensure your team are achieving target by proactively managing performance and take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of any direct reports.- Complete 121 and coaching sessions with every member of your team in the recurrence established with the Planning Manager.- Ensure continual professional development of your team by creating Personal Development Plans for your team members and completing Monthly PDP reviews.- Make decisions in line with the local legal framework and with the processes of CPM and those internal to the Dyson campaign to ensure business continuity and staff engagement.- Ensure all the direct reports are aware of any changes and understand and adhere to processes.- Provide insight on any system, process or concerns that impact the business.- Serve as SME and POC for other departments such as Operations, Administration, Reporting and liaise with them to process changes and implementations to enhance performance and Client satisfaction.- Support team coverage, daily activities, and prioritization of tasks.- Flag staffing challenges in the team and carry out selection process for any vacancy in the team.- Preparation of regular as well as ad hoc reports within business delivery timelines; review the reported data to identify potential business changes/improvements that can be made.- Daily communication and briefings with Team Leaders & Service Delivery Managers, delivering insight, help to potentially identify risk areas and noting trends, to track achievement or deviation of performance by Team and individual.- Compliance with the full content of the Acceptable Uuse Policy.**Requirements**:**What we look for**:- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.- Sense of urgency to get things done, comfortable multi-tasking.- Self-motivated with passion and drive to develop others to perform and succeed.- Agility, to adapt to changes and convince others to adapt.- Displays a pro-active and innovative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement: suggesting new idea and projects, questioning, and reflecting on processes, systems, and outcomes to improve efficiency.- Effective communication at all levels of the organisation - written and verbal.- Accountable and responsible for actions and results, can analyse behaviours and results and create strategies for improvement.- Developed analytical skills, for self and business analysis.- Open to direction and guidance for self-development, and team development.- Strong understanding of resource planning and scheduling.- Developed organisational and time management skills.- Pragmatic with the ability to interpret and present data/statistics.- People person: can connect with people quickly, to build rapport and relationships.
