We’re looking to welcome a Senior Manufacturing Transformation Consultant (freelance) to join us in a major global program, including the definition of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and design of future manufacturing processes.
This role is fully remote and part‑time (1‑2 days/week) with a start date in January 2026. Volume may increase depending on the need.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the TOM definition for the future manufacturing organization.
* Design new end‑to‑end manufacturing processes aligned with best practices.
* Drive large‑scale transformation across operations and production.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise to optimize performance.
* Assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with international teams in a fully remote environment.
* Engage stakeholders through workshops and transformation activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong manufacturing background, ideally in plastics or petrochemicals.
* Demonstrated experience in major organizational transformation programs.
* Experience working in global environments, ideally with exposure to Asian culture.
* Ability to work effectively remotely and across time zones.
