Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will develop sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhance current client relationships, and develop new business with prospective clients. The candidate should have a 'hunting' persona for new logos and expansions in existing client bases.The candidate will leverage their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects. They will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and fostering growth within Infovista’s accounts by driving innovation, automation, and value.The Account Director will work closely with customers and partners, influence them, and interface with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services teams to ensure successful deployments. They will use their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Infovista offers a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.Profile:
Strong sales skills with a drive for results and targets.Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.Proven success in closing deals above €1m.Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.Strong communication and influence skills, capable of engaging all levels of customer organizations.Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases, with the ability to coordinate internal resources.Team-oriented selling approach, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.Personal Skills and Know-How:
Strategic thinking, process setup, and building strategic plans for complex deals.Strong analytical competencies, business acumen, and vision.Inspiring presence and charisma.Assertiveness to uphold Infovista standards and interests.Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities.Experience:
7+ years building and managing relationships with customers or vendors, including senior executives.Hunter mentality with a proven track record selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions.Strong software sales acumen.Ability to close large deals and meet quotas.Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Why Infovista?
