Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and accurate customer support
- Investigate account issues and content reports
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding
- Use data insights to enhance the user experience
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Solutions‑driven mindset and passion for helping others
- Familiarity with digital platforms (training will be provided)
Relocation Package
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to €1,100 gross/month × 14 payments per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to €250 gross/month
