The Role
As a Sales Manager at Growave, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with eCommerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave’s platform.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct intro and demo calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus).
- Identify client needs, goals, and pain points to position Growave effectively.
- Convert leads into long-term clients and expand existing subscriptions.
- Use tools like Amplemarket to drive outbound sales and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams for a seamless client journey.
- Maintain and develop key accounts, including partner agencies.
- Track progress in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and competitor offerings.
