🎯 Your Mission & Impact

As a Pega Developer (Certified System Architect), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality applications using the Pega Infinity 8.7.x platform. Your work will directly support digital transformation initiatives for leading clients in the banking and insurance sector, contributing to improved efficiency and automation across critical business processes.


✅ What We’re Looking For (Mandatory)

* Certified Pega System Architect (CSA).
* 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Pega, specifically working with Pega Infinity 8.7.x.
* Ability to design, code, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables following agreed‑upon standards and tools.
* Responsible for developing assigned User Stories in Pega.
* Responsible for documenting application development scripts and code.
* Strong adherence to coding best practices.
* Experience working with Pega App Studio.
* Located in Madrid, with availability for a hybrid work model.
* Previous experience in the banking or insurance sector.


⭐ Desirable

* Experience working with REST APIs.
* Background in agile banking environments.
* Ability to run demos and walkthroughs of current implementations for stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain robust enterprise applications using Pega App Studio.
* Design and configure case types, flows, rules, UI components, and business logic.
* Ensure high‑quality delivery through unit testing and adherence to standards.
* Document development activities, scripts, and configuration changes.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, high‑impact solutions.
* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
