The contract aims to support project development by:
Identifying and reviewing applicable regulations.Reviewing governance models and assessing their relevance.Supporting the development of a governance model for health data access for research and innovation, and assisting in implementing regulations within the project framework.Where to apply

Master Degree or equivalentSkills / Qualifications:
University Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree with 300+ ECTS credits, or equivalent (MECES 3, EQF7).Training in law, health law, digital law, or data protection law.Specific Requirements
Experience in legal support work, preferably in research or innovation projects (up to 15 points).Experience in governance or regulations concerning personal data protection (up to 15 points).Knowledge of reference legislation in data governance and protection, especially the European Data Protection Regulation (up to 10 points).Experience in developing or reviewing data access governance models, especially in digital environments (up to 10 points).English proficiency at B2 level or higher (up to 10 points), with official certification.Additional Information
The salary aligns with the Collective Agreement of the Biomedical Research Foundations of the SERMAS, for professional group II, functional area 2, Senior Graduate category.Eligibility Criteria
Merit assessment:
up to 60 points.Aptitude and interview:
up to 40 points.A minimum of 50 points overall is required to qualify.Selection Process
