ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to a well-qualified, highly motivated and dynamic young scientist who wishes to enhance his/her scientific career in a friendly and stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will be joining the STM on 2D Quantum Materials Group led by Prof. Dr. Carmen Rubio-Verdú.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and fabrication of devices and tips
- Measurements in RT and LT QTM
- Data analysis
- Supervision of PhD and internship student(s)

Candidates must hold, at the time of contract initiation, an internationally-recognized Ph.D.-equivalent degree (or evidence of its completion in the nearest future) in Physics.
The candidate should have experience in:
- Fabrication of twisted 2D devices
- Background in correlated physics and moiré physics
- Low-temperature transport experiments in 2D materials
