We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to contribute to a project with one of our global customers, a global investment company.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in technology-driven projects and business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication capabilities and be able to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
2. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories
3. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and align on business objectives
4. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations
5. Support project delivery through requirement traceability, impact analysis, and change management
6. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication
7. Assist in developing business cases, process models, and solution recommendations
8. Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
9. Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Business Analyst in a technology environment
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business needs
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
12. Demonstrated stakeholder management and facilitation expertise
13. Proficiency with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
14. English at least C1
Desired Skills:
15. Exposure to financial services, investment management, or related domains
16. Understanding of data-driven projects, digital transformation, or software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
17. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus
