About the role
We’re seeking a Creative Director who will also act as a Creative Manager, managing and developing the creative team, based in London to lead creative excellence across a portfolio of global skincare and wellness brands, with a sharp focus on social-first thinking, platform-native storytelling, and digital ecosystems.
This is a hybrid creative role, perfect for someone who’s equally passionate about shaping trend-relevant content as they are about building big brand platforms. You’ll lead the creative pov on global brands, guiding work across social media, digital ecosystems, and multi-format campaigns, all while keeping it premium and culturally sharp.
As part of your role as Creative Manager, you will oversee, mentor, and grow the creative team, ensuring alignment, inspiration, and high-quality output across all projects while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
This role is for someone who knows that creative leadership today requires both strategic depth and cultural agility, someone who can move ideas forward without losing their edge.
You are
A senior creative with strong ideation leadership, capable of shaping platforms, territories, and long-term creative frameworks.
Deeply fluent in today’s content and platform landscape, especially how ideas need to perform across social, digital, and global brand ecosystems.
Confident in the skincare and wellness / health space, understanding both category codes and how to challenge them.
A natural collaborator who works side-by-side with strategists, aligning creative thinking with insights and business goals.
Collaborative by default, working closely with strategy, art direction, design, and production to elevate every creative output.
Plugged into cultural shifts, audience behaviors, and platform evolutions, with a clear filter for what’s a trend vs. what’s worth building on.
Exceptionally client-savvy, you can lead complex conversations, adapt quickly to feedback, and maintain creative integrity in high-pressure settings.
Comfortable being both a creative leader and business partner, thinking beyond execution to help shape brand and campaign direction.
Able to manage and develop creative teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team grows while maintaining creative excellence.
You bring
A strong background working for global brands or complex multi-market brands.
Experience building content systems, not just one-offs, but coherent, scalable creative approaches across platforms and timelines.
A track record of collaborating closely with strategists, respecting the power of insight, and turning it into creative momentum.
Proven client leadership skills, able to manage feedback, build trust, and push for creative excellence under pressure.
The ability to guide and grow creative teams, giving direction that sharpens ideas without flattening them.
You’ve done this before
Led cross-channel ideation across brand, content, and digital briefs.
Worked within (or alongside) structured global brand teams.
Elevated the creative output of the teams around you, through smart feedback, leadership, and shared ambition.
