- Your main tasks will be:- Private and Business Banking.- Support for calls to the Branch network.- Execution of Back Office tasks.- Management and escalation of customer complaints and incidents.- Training and continuous improvement in telephone excellence and operational efficiency.**Your Skills and Experience**:
