We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our technology team in Málaga. At Liquid Barcodes, we've developed the world's most advanced digital loyalty and subscription app and SaaS platform that helps our clients connect and build loyalty with their customers. Our technology transforms digital marketing in the convenience sector by closing the loop between the customer and the store. We work with leading retail brands such as 7-Eleven, Circle K, and Cepsa. Our Málaga hub, located right in the city center opposite the Cathedral, is the home of our platform development, quality assurance, and customer success teams.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features for our SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Drive architectural decisions and provide guidance on best practices for microservices, APIs, and data integrations.
Experience: 7+ years in software development, with proven delivery of complex, high-quality solutions in a product company (SaaS preferred).
NET framework and C#, with hands-on experience designing and implementing complex systems.
NET 8/9 (Core), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration, deployment, and scaling.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools.
Deep experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) including schema design and optimization.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ or other message brokers for event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Nice to have: familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor).
