They are seeking aBusiness Development Manager (Iberia)to join their successful and growing team. This is aremote role, with travel expected within the Iberian region. The company offers amarket-leading salaryand anuncapped commission plan .Role overviewThe Business Development Manager will focus on identifying opportunities and delivering scalable and profitable new business deals within the Iberian region.What you will doIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by qualifying prospects, developing, and executing new sales strategies,
and creating ongoing revenue streams.Manage the sales pipeline by identifying strategic markets and opportunities for growth in the region, and design targeted go-to-market strategies.Oversee the sales process, including forecasting and pipeline management.Lead and support bid-writing for new grants and contracts, and facilitate opportunity closure.Requirements5 to 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in network development, sales/marketing management, financial and risk analysis.Comfortable with financial analysis, business case preparation, and feasibility assessments.Knowledge of money transfers/payments is beneficial.Focus on new business development (hunter/individual contributor role).Territory:
Iberian region (Spain & Portugal).Language skills:
