As the initial point of contact during the client setup phase, you must combine your expertise in marketing with a strong commercial perspective. You will assist clients in discerning how to extract the greatest performance from their campaigns while simultaneously identifying avenues for meaningful strategic expansion. Your efforts will empower these businesses to make decisions that are informed by data and solidify their long-term commitment and usage of the platform.
Core Responsibilities
* Welcome and guide new clients through platform configuration, strategic digital planning, and establishing foundational performance principles.
* Develop and construct PPC campaigns, applying established best practices concerning audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative assets, and conversion measurement.
* Assess client business objectives and existing digital funnels to propose customized advertising methods.
* Offer ongoing consulting aimed at boosting campaign effectiveness, optimizing the Return on Investment (ROI), and refining the overall digital marketing strategy.
* Execute proactive outreach calls to new clients, showcasing key features and recommending relevant product solutions.
* Identify possibilities for increasing campaign scope or adopting advanced platform tools based on client needs and desired outcomes.
* Share timely intelligence on platform updates, evolving audience trends, and advanced optimization techniques.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client milestones and guarantee a streamlined, efficient onboarding process.
* Help clients successfully implement automation, AI tools, and smart bidding into their marketing operations.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience is required.
* Mandatory C2 fluency in both German and English.
* Professional background in the fields of marketing or sales.
* Prior experience in roles involving direct client interaction, consulting, or the management of advertising campaigns.
* Proven capacity to work autonomously while consistently delivering high-quality results.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and data-driven communication methodologies.
* Comfort level with analyzing performance data and presenting strategic, actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
