Execute engineering and maintenance activities to ensure quality products are delivered on time and at competitive cost.
Design, coordinate, and implement local plant engineering projects in line with operational and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, and SHEQ teams, providing technical support and expertise.
Monitor and analyze engineering KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reliability, and process performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments, industry trends, and best practices within the area of expertise.
What makes you a good fit
Place of work: Production plant - Montornes del Valles
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar role within an industrial environment.
Experience with project management and implementation of engineering projects in a production/manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and SHEQ standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (MS Project), and standard MS Office tools.
Fluent English + Spanish
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
