Transformation Program Manager
In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact business and technology transformation programs, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will orchestrate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams, as well as external partners, to ensure initiatives are delivered seamlessly from opportunity identification and planning through execution and value realisation.
You will sit at the heart of the Transformation Office, driving progress across multiple workstreams, removing obstacles, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business impact, efficiency gains, and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
* Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
* Own program governance, delivery cadence, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
* Provide clear, timely updates and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Planning & Execution
* Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, program plans, milestones, and success metrics.
* Facilitate workshops and working sessions to co-create solutions with stakeholders.
* Establish recurring checkpoints to track progress, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
* Proactively identify risks and constraints, define mitigation plans, and resolve blockers to keep programs on track.
* Manage interdependencies across business functions and technology teams.
Business Case & Value Management
* Build and support business cases to prioritise initiatives and secure approval.
* Define KPIs and track performance to ensure initiatives deliver their intended outcomes.
Executive Communication
* Prepare and deliver high-impact communications for executive forums, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and milestone updates.
* Translate complex delivery information into clear, decision-ready insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy, technology, and execution.
* Drive integration of technology solutions to streamline and improve business processes.
Change & Capability Enablement
* Support change management and adoption across teams.
* Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-led transformation programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Extensive experience (typically 8–10+ years) in program or project management across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
* Strong background in technology-enabled transformation, digital platforms, or complex systems integration.
* Demonstrated ability to build business cases, define KPIs, and track value realisation.
* Highly organised, proactive, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
* Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications (PMP, Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
* Experience in travel, B2B services, or platform-based businesses is advantageous but not essential.
