Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Controlling Department and train employees to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement budgetary control over spending to meet targeted performance.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify potential savings opportunities.
- Promote efficiency improvements by preparing detailed reporting packs with both financial KPIs (like material waste rates) and non-financial metrics (productivity).
