Overview
As an experienced PaidSocial/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You will advise clients and their advertising agencies on social network strategies, and support our media team daily.
You will run campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, or third-party tracking tools. You should have a clear vision of social media and be able to evaluate campaigns to inform future recommendations.
You need to proactively generate new ideas and stay updated on social media developments. You will collaborate with clients to align social media strategies with their goals, analyzing target audience behaviors to optimize results.
Responsibilities
* Manage planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of social media campaigns from awareness to performance stages.
* Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, media agencies, and external vendors.
* Monitor campaigns continuously, analyze results, and optimize current and future efforts.
* Support internal social media teams in paid advertising efforts.
* Lead and support campaign creation and planning.
* Create and evaluate post-campaign analysis and reporting.
* Utilize analytics and social media tools effectively.
* Translate analytical results into creative reports for campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar; or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, and dynamic.
* Experience in marketing or media agency environments.
* Deep understanding of social media channels and their communication features.
* Specialization in social media networks.
