As a Strategy Consultant you will join the Business Planning team, acting as a strategic partner to Procurement and Supply Chain leadership. The role supports high‐impact strategic initiatives across cost optimization, supply chain efficiency, reverse logistics, and digital transformation, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics. The position is project‐based, cross‐functional, and exposure‐rich, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders.

Business Strategy And Its Responsibilities
Define and execute cross‐country and multidisciplinary initiatives to deliver our global Supply Chain strategy to business‐related projects (such as Organisation excellence, Cost Effectiveness, Material Cost Analysis, Inventory Effectiveness etc.)
Support our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Director in his daily activities and other relevant topics (e.G. Board and Management team meetings presentations, Global connects, Business support etc.)
Drive automation initiatives related to procurement and supply chain systems (e.G. spend analytics, inventory tracking, reporting tools).
Support the Business Planning team in defining and tracking strategic priorities and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategy solutions (As‐Is / To‐Be analysis)
Design and maintain executive‐level reporting for Procurement and Supply Chain, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strategic relevance.
Translate complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Director
Support monthly, quarterly and ad‐hoc business reviews with data‐driven storytelling and concise executive summaries.

Candidate ProfileExperience And Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
2‐4 years of experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in cost analysis, business cases and data‐driven decision making.
