We are recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
* Understand client needs and business goals to provide tailored solutions and support.
* Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics to anticipate and address issues early.
* Drive customer retention and loyalty through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and service reviews.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
* Manage onboarding, training, and adoption processes for new clients.
* Handle escalations and work to resolve issues quickly while maintaining client trust.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot,)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client success roles.
