What you’ll do
Partner Success Managers' primary responsibility is to ensure our owner inventory is competitive, attractive, and relevant for Vrbo’s global traveler base. You will work closely with Property Owners to improve performance by coaching and influencing partners to enhance booking conversions.
You will
* Consistently exceed performance metrics
* Establish performance goals with partners, develop action plans, and secure commitment for adoption/usage
* Optimize content, rates, and availability to maximize bookings
* Educate partners on Vrbo’s self-service features and promote relevant products to existing customers or prospects
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing relevant data insights and guidance
* Stay informed about demand/supply indicators, economic data, trends, and competitive information within your strategic market
Who you are
* Fluent in English
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills; able to work well with cross-functional teams
* Demonstrates a “partner-first” attitude, creating value in partnerships
