Customer Service & Asset Specialist – Madrid, Spain To strengthen our Customer Service team within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service & Asset Specialist, based in Madrid. Position Purpose As the primary point of contact for customers in Spain, this role ensures a seamless customer experience through effective onboarding, order-to-invoice management, and ongoing operational support. You will work closely with internal departments to address customer needs, contributing to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across our processes. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management & Support Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Spain, ensuring prompt and professional support Support customer onboarding and build long-term relationships Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution Support customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality team Contribute to customer reviews by providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Order, Asset & Data Management Ensure a smooth and accurate order-to-invoice process in close coordination with operations, transport and sales teams Support import and export activities and manage transport-related coordination Monitor customer stock, asset movements and declarations, addressing discrepancies when needed Maintain accurate customer and asset master data, with a strong focus on reporting Manage the web store and support price calculation activities Support sales activities and basic purchasing-related tasks Prepare reports and analyses using Excel, including pivot tables Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent experience in a customer service, logistics or administrative role Motivation and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience Skills and Competences Strong customer orientation and professional communication skills Accurate, structured and detail-focused way of working Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Very good command of Spanish and a solid level of English Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and reporting) Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment Our Offer Permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package Continuous learning and development through training and coaching programs A dynamic, fast-growing and international company with a strong sustainability focus A collaborative and supportive team environment Offices in Vallecas, onsite position and going to hybrid model after 6 months Interested?
